Established in 1982 Polimex Forwarding Corp. specializes in traffic to and from Central & Eastern Europe, with particular emphasis on consolidation to Gdynia, Poland from our hub in Toronto, Canada.  Using only reputable carriers with whom we have a long-term relationship our weekly consolidation shipments have an estimated transit-time of 16 days from the departure port Montreal.

The Polimex bonded warehouse is located near Toronto’s International Airport and allows seamless movement of goods from the United States to Europe.  The free-standing facility has a 22,000 square foot area with 4 loading docks and 2 drive-ins.  Our dedicated warehouse crew has extensive experience in handling, bracing and storing many different types of shipments - from parcels, small crates and automobiles to oversized goods.

To better serve our clients in the United States Polimex has a depot in Buffalo, NY where consolidation shipments can be delivered.  This gives clients the convenience of having a delivery destination in the United States.  Once the goods arrive in one of our depots Polimex Forwarding Corp. arranges the rest.

We also offer biweekly LCL service for shipments from Poland to North America through our sister company Alfa Forwarding.  Alfa Forwarding, based in Gdynia, Poland, is a freight forwarder and customs broker that has been serving the Polish market offering North American standards of service since 1993.
